This is the Lord’s doing and it is wonderful to see. This is the day that the Lord has made, let

us rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118: 23-24

These past few months I have seen the Lord work in amazing ways. He has given me peace even when life was changing daily.

Several weeks ago, Sanu our property manager at school was in a terrible car accident. He was hit head on by a truck. We are happy to say God spared his life and he is doing good. He still has some soreness in his arms and chest. He will be going for an MRI in a few days to have that checked out. I mentioned in a special newsletter I sent out that Sanu’s insurance was not covering his car’s damage. We did a fund raiser for him and thanks to all of you who so generously gave, Sanu was able to pay off half of his car debt and have money for his medical treatment. When I told him about the money he was overwhelmed and wants to thank everyone for your prayers and financial support.

In March while I was there the school was allowed to reopen for our new school year and we have started with our sixth-grade class. We hired a new teacher for our nursery class. She is a delight and we thank God for sending her to us.

May 20th was our 15-year Foundation Day celebration for our school. We had a big celebration with all the parents and villagers. Our village secretary came and gave speeches about how happy they all were that Grace English School is doing so much to help the village.

June 5th the school celebrated World Environmental Day. They spent time learning about what is environment and pollution. Then they spent time cleaning the school grounds and learning the importance of planting trees and flowers. They then planted trees and flower around the campus.

My 10 year visa was reinstated!! I will be returning September 18 and plan to stay until the end of November. I look forward to returning to the school again.

This will be a busy summer before I leave. My daughter and granddaughter from Texas will be coming later this month to help us move back to Lodi.

PRAISE:

1. Sanu is recovering from his accident and was blessed with help with his finances.

2. Our new school year has begun, and the sixth-grade class is happy to still be at Grace English School for another year.

3. We have a wonderful new teacher for our nursery class.

4. I can return to India again.

5. Thankful for each one of you who holds the school and me up in prayer and financial support.

PRAYER REQUEST:

1. Continued healing for Sanu.

2. Our Staff at school who give so much of themselves each day.

3. For all our school children and families to come to an understanding of who Jesus can be in their life.

4. For my personal support. I still have obligations here in the states, plus added expenses for my trip in September.

5. Prayers for my trip to India, I will be going alone this time, so I ask for safety and wisdom as I travel.
